Marilyn and I wanted to take a moment to share our incredible experience with Ramon Concepcion, Realtor. Ramon was referred to us by Rocket Mortgage during the purchase of our new home in Hollister, CA and the selling of our previous home in Milpitas, CA. Ramon sent an awesome portfolio to us with neighborhood comps, a market analysis and a resume of his experience. Ramon met with us to get to know us and understand what was important to us. He emphasized his negotiation skills which were very important to Marilyn and myself. We wanted to work with someone who would get us the best deal for the property that we had lived and loved for the past 38 years. Immediately, Ramon established a rapport with us that we knew we could trust. He helped us establish a realistic asking price, gave us advice on how to prepare our beloved home for sale. He told us that he knew people that would help us sell our home, people like the appraiser, pest inspector, and staging professionals. Ramon was always present during these appraisal activities to represent our interests and point out everything we had done over 38 years that might go unnoticed and that we thought contributed to the sell of our home. Ramon’s communication skills were excellent and he always kept us up to date about potential problems and how we might resolve those issues. In addition, he was always helpful in texting us about important documents that we needed to sign to keep the sale moving forward. This was super important to me as I am very busy quality management professional focused on quality and patient safety at a local hospital. It was very helpful to have Ramon reach out to us with a reminder about those pending documents. Ramon was able to sell our home at the 1st open house for more then we had expected. Even after the sell of the home, he and the buyer’s realtor worked as a team to keep our landscape watered and thriving. During the final walk-through, there was difficulty getting the water heater to light. When I could not meet with P.G.&E., Ramon took his time to meet with them and have the pilot light lit to satisfy the buyer’s concern about the water heater not working properly. Eliane helped to sell our home recently. This is our first time selling and there was a lot going on with life at the same time, too many moving parts and not enough bandwidth. Eliane has a good process and in-depth knowledge of our local market that helped us to go through this process step by step (and she helps many things directly).
